Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for Ad Sales teams.
  • Train team members on

    Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMax)

    , campaign lifecycle, and best practices.
  • Teach ad policy compliance, account structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and optimisation techniques.
  • Deliver role-specific training covering outbound sales, consultative selling, lead conversion, and client engagement.

Process & SOP Development

  • Develop process documents, SOPs, playbooks, and training modules for Ad Sales operations.
  • Standardise workflows related to campaign setup, lead management, pitch creation, and reporting.
  • Implement quality checks and build guidelines to ensure error-free execution.

Performance Monitoring & Coaching

  • Assess individual and team performance through evaluations, assessments, quizzes, and mock calls.
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching plans.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve pitch quality, platform understanding, and client communication.
  • Monitor adherence to workflow, compliance, and productivity KPIs.
