Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop comprehensive course curriculum to nurture skill growth and knowledge enhancement

2. Customize Training requirements for all employees as per the process requirement c) Able to conduct Pre-process & Process Specific Trainings

3. Conduct timely assessment to evaluate Process Knowledge of all employees

4. Monitor new hire performance during OJT phase for successful Process Certifications

5. Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance

6. Report out Post Certification performance to measure training efficiency

7 Conduct and report out PKTs on a monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

Commercial loan life cycle

2. Exposure towards USA Credit policy guidelines.

4. Active participation in calibration and Quality of the team.

5. Understand market dynamics and drive business decisions

6. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines.
