Job Description

You are seeking a Process Specialist - Tech Support with 4 to 7 years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in speaking English and have a background in Devices / SPM or Online domains. This role entails working from the office with rotational shifts, without the need for travel. Previous experience in fraud investigation and Fin Crime investigation is preferred. As a Process Specialist - Tech Support, your responsibilities will include providing technical support to customers by addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently. You will oversee the troubleshooting process for technical problems related to Devices / SPM and Online domains. Ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels is crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements is essential. Additionally, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues for future reference, conducting regular training sessions for team members, and monitoring performance metrics for improvement opportunities are part of your role. You will also develop and update technical documentation and support materials, assist in the development of new support processes and procedures, participate in team meetings to provide insights on customer feedback and technical challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Providing input on product development based on customer feedback and technical issues, as well as staying updated with industry trends and technologies for optimal support, are key aspects of this position. The qualifications for this role include strong technical skills in speaking English, experience in Devices / SPM or Online domains, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work in rotational shifts, strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records, capability to work independently and as part of a team, proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues, experience in developing and updating technical documentation, effective in conducting training sessions, good understanding of customer service principles, ability to provide input on product development based on customer feedback, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
