Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Specialist in Non-IT Operations, located in Hyderabad. The Process Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing enhancements, and ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining clear and effective communication with various stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on process performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Process Improvement
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to conduct effective Training sessions
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in process management or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
