Process Reengineering Manager

Job Description: As a candidate, you will be required to understand and comprehend client requirements to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting project initiatives by identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs and processes - Participating in due diligence to identify processes, document SOP, and draw process maps following BPMN standards - Creating and analyzing "AS IS" and "TO BE" workflows - Developing and maintaining an "AS IS" to "TO BE" roadmap - Redesigning business processes - Documenting and presenting business processes - Creating and analyzing business strategies and process maps - Identifying opportunities for process improvements - Understanding critical business and IT risks - Demonstrating advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards - Identifying and evaluating complex business and technology risks, internal controls, and improvement opportunities Qualifications Required: - Certified or trained lean Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt - In-depth knowledge of Business Process Mapping, Modeling, and Digital Transformation Levers - Bachelors or higher education degree with 5-10 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years in areas such as Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, Machine Learning, Analytics, and Program Management - Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills - Strong ability to dissect business requirements and identify true business needs - Excellent communication skills with exposure to international assignments and client engagement - Proficient writing and reporting skills for documenting business processes - Analytical mindset to understand business needs and workflow - Updated on latest innovations in technology and systems in the outsourcing industry,
