Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambur, for a Process Quality Manager specializing in leather footwear uppers and full shoes. The role involves overseeing quality management processes, implementing quality assurance systems, and improving manufacturing workflows to meet industry standards. The Process Quality Manager will monitor production quality, address process-related concerns, and ensure compliance with company and customer standards. The role requires collaboration across teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Mimimum 15+ Years experience in Leather footwear quality management role from cutting to full shoe
• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management practices is essential.
• Strong skills in Business Process Improvement methods and approaches to optimize production workflows.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, detect issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in leather footwear manufacturing is a must.
• Degree in Shoe manufacturing / designing or a related field is preferred.
