Process Operator

Paint Shop Operations - Process Operator

We are looking for candidates with exposure or strong interest in Paint Shop operations within an automotive or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge or hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Pre-Treatment (PT) processes
• ED / E-Coat operations
• Primer, Base Coat & Clear Coat processes (including basic robotic maintenance awareness)
• Oven curing and finishing operations
• Basic quality inspection checks
• Safety procedures and compliance standards

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering background preferred
• Freshers with relevant exposure or 1–2 years experience can apply
• Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
• Basic understanding of 5S, safety norms, and quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
