Process Lead - RTM

Role Overview: As a Process Lead - RTM at ANZ, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of collateral, primary economic terms, and regulatory reporting reconciliations using various systems and applications to identify, report, and resolve exceptions effectively. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of these processes within the Institutional banking division. Key Responsibilities: - Report any significant exceptions promptly to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution. - Take necessary actions on exceptions following the relevant escalation procedures. - Conduct regular UAT testing of new reconciliations and engage stakeholders to address any arising issues. - Assist in regulatory compliance reporting related to the Dodd-Frank Act and other OTC regulatory rules. - Collaborate with internal and external audit teams for periodic audits. - Perform regulatory reconciliations for different jurisdictions and support the regulatory reporting team for remediations. - Identify new regulatory compliance issues, escalate to stakeholders and compliance teams, and prepare and present MIS to compliance and stakeholders. - Drive process improvements and implement new regulatory reconciliations. - Stay updated on new regulatory requirements, implement changes, and update procedures. - Have a good understanding of the NFR (Notional Funding Requirement). Qualifications Required: - Excellent knowledge of OTC trade reporting, trade affirmation reconciliations, mark to market movements, collateral management, and OTC products. - Strong relationship building and communication skills. - Ability to maintain constructive working relationships within the Middle Office team and interface with various stakeholders. - Track over/under reported OTC products & collateral/portfolio reconciling items and engage with stakeholders to resolve issues.
