Overview Process Lead Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead in developing comprehensive QMS which is auditable and sustainable with growth and scalability Lead the design, development and documentation of software development processes that includes CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Agile, Iterative and Practice specific Processes Ensure that the software development processes comply with Industry standards regulations and best practices (Eg. CMMI, ISO, GDPR, Agile, ITIL, etc.,) Create and maintain Master List of Documents (MLD) for all Processes, Procedures, Templates, Checklists, and Guidelines. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate changes into the processes. Identify process design gaps and design new ways of working to build rigor and discipline of business management Define Standard operation procedures (SOP) for Software development , testing, Deployment, and maintenance. Continuously assess and improve existing software development processes to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity. Lead initiatives for process optimization and automation. Work closely with Delivery team to ensure alignment between processes and practices. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to educate teams on process standards and methodologies. Identify potential risks in the software development processes and proactively implement mitigation strategies Key skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 10+ years in process management, software engineering or related field with a focus on software process authoring and definition. Certification on CMMI, ISO , Agile or other relevant process management certifications are added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple process authoring simultaneously.
