Role & responsibilities Incident Management and Troubleshooting Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to Oracle AIA, OSM, UIM, and BRM. Investigate, diagnose, and escalate issues as needed to Level 3 support or development teams. Ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Technical Bridge Call support Daily Status Call support Operational Support Provide **Level 2** support for Oracle WebLogic application servers running Oracle AIA, OSM, UIM, and BRM applications. Support **Linux-based environments**, including monitoring, log analysis, and system performance tuning. Manage and maintain Oracle WebLogic domains, clusters, and nodes, ensuring high availability and scalability. Datafixes on BRM, Deployment on OSB, BIP, AIA, OSM & UIM Weekly Production deployment support Daily QA & PreProd Deployment support Monitoring and Maintenance Use monitoring tools to proactively identify system performance issues and take corrective actions. Conduct regular system health checks, performance analysis, and capacity planning for all Oracle applications (AIA, OSM, UIM, BRM). Perform periodic maintenance tasks such as application restarts, log rotation, backups, and patching Unix Filesystem Management (Disk utilization), CPU & Memory Alert Maintain Nagios, OSR, Whatapp Gold system Alert Support Oracle AIA, OSB, OSM, UIM & BRM Integration Flows Monitor and troubleshoot Oracle integrations between different Oracle applications (OSM, UIM, BRM). Assist in debugging integration failures and support the smooth operation of middleware services. Troubleshoot deployment issue, coordinate with SCM team BRM Daemon Processors Start/Stop BRM – Billing Cycle – Crontab handling System Administration Manage Linux servers, including file system management and process monitoring. Ensure secure and stable operations across all platforms used by Oracle applications. WebLogic Support Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on WebLogic Server, including managing threads, JCA, SAF, JDBC connections, JMS queues, and clusters. Handle WebLogic performance issues, JVM tuning, and troubleshoot connection failures. Perform regular maintenance tasks on Weblogic Nodes, including system availability and performance tuning. Service Availability Ensure the **24x7 availability** of mission-critical systems, minimizing service disruption through proactive monitoring and quick response. Participate in an **on-call rotation** for WeekOff support as required. Flexible for Shift support Collaboration and Escalation Work closely with Middleware Operations team members to resolve escalated issues. Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the knowledge base for quicker resolution of future incidents. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement permanent solutions.
