Role: Calling Executive (Customer Support / Tele caller)
Location: Hyderabad ( Hi-tech City )
Employment Type: Full-Time
Timing : 9pm to 6am ( Night Shift )
Salary : 12k to 14k
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing clients to introduce EvolvTax services.
Explain service offerings and assist clients with registration or document submission.
Maintain a client database and follow up on leads and inquiries.
Coordinate with the tax preparation team for client updates.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone in all communications.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).Prior experience in customer service, tele calling, or inside sales preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
