Land Records / Title Indexing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Process and index land records with accuracy and timeliness.
Perform tasks related to:
Land Record Index
Grantor & Grantee Index
Record Indexing
Mortgage Processing
Backplant Indexing
Title Search
Title Indexing Services
Title Plant Indexing
Read, interpret, and validate
U.S. cursive handwritten documents
.
Ensure high-quality data entry and document indexing with minimal errors.
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks in line with project requirements.
Use MS Office (Word and Excel) for documentation, reporting, and daily tasks.

Candidates profile:

1. Candidates who have/had worked in ITES companies in India, with experience in processing US land records.

2. Experienced in Land Record Index / Grantor & Grantee Index / Record Indexing Mortgage Process/Backplant Indexing/Title Indexing Services/Title Plant Indexing.

US Cursive Handwritten

4. Should have good Typing Skills. (30 words per minute).

5. Should have basic knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel)
