Process Executive - Documentation

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Job Desctiption:

Microsoft Word

- Applying and managing styles consistently across large documents.

- Creating and updating Tables of Contents and Appendices.

- Copying and pasting content while retaining original formatting.

- Inserting and aligning images, tables, and charts.

- Matching and maintaining consistent document styles and branding.

- Checking for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.

- Preparing final print-ready and digital-friendly versions.

PDF Editing (Nitro PDF and/or Adobe Acrobat)

- Organizing and reordering document pages.

- Inserting and editing headers, footers, and page numbers.

- Adding and removing watermarks.

- Merging, splitting, and extracting PDF files as needed.

- Optimizing files for both web and print distribution.

- Ensuring accessibility and readability.

Skills & Qualities:

- Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Word (styles, formatting, TOC, appendices, templates).

- Advanced experience with Nitro PDF and/or Adobe Acrobat.

- Strong critical thinking skills

- Ability to carefully follow work instructions, step-by-step processes, and SOPs.

- Capacity to develop a list of clarifying questions where needed.

- Independence to work with minimal direction or during off hours with limited guidance.

- Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure style consistency across complex documents.

- Strong understanding of professional business communication standards.

- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with internal staff

- Professionally formatted Microsoft Word documents, including reports, appendices, and handbooks.

- Finalized PDFs suitable for digital distribution and/or print.

- Documentation of all style templates and formatting standards applied
