Job Description

Plan, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and major overhauls of equipment and facilities.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation practices.
Minimize machine downtime and review breakdowns.
Allocate and guide technicians for efficient maintenance.
Maintain spares inventory and raise requisitions as needed.
Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment.
Review and approve QMS documents, SOPs, and protocols.
Operate and monitor SAP and Trackwise activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production requirements.
Implement safety measures, accident investigations, and root cause analysis.
Explore energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives.
