Role & responsibilities

• Conduct process and material qualification, categorization, and problem-solving activities.
• Participate in prototype fabrication, installation, monitoring, and continuous improvement projects.
• Contribute to improvement programs such as

  Design of Experiment (DOE)

  ,

  Statistical Process Control (SPC)

  , and

  Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)

  .
• Provide engineering support across departments and employee groups involved in production processes.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance machine performance and productivity.
• Support production lines with engineering expertise to achieve operational targets.
• Maintain and update engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist in new product and process transfers from headquarters, including preparation of process instructions.
• Deliver technical training to technicians and operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards at the workstation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in

  Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  from a recognized university or institution.
• Minimum of

  3 years of relevant, hands-on experience

  in a related field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid working knowledge of

  Design of Experiment (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA).

• Strong

  planning, organizing, and analytical skills

  , with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A

  positive, proactive attitude

  with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Excellent

  interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in
