1. CAM Programming knowledge on 3/4axis and simultaneous 5AXIS CAD / CAM.
2. Exposure on processing aerospace components.
3. Well conversant with manufacturing software like NX /solid cam/ Hypermill, etc.
4. Exposure in machining special material like titanium, Inconel, stainless steel and other AMS grade.
Should be capable enough to make concept design for the fixture / Jig for new development jobs.
RFQ Provide competitive machining cost with the close accuracy for the rfq’s
Storage method / system of machine programs, easy traceability, ensuring proved programs are available / accessible on the machine (to the operator)
Focus on process improvement and zero defect.
