Process Engineer - Boiler

As a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer at BWE, your role will involve proficiency in process engineering, design calculations, thermal design, and hydraulics calculation for Water steam cycle and Balance of Plants, as well as performance calculation and optimization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading engineering management, tendering, and project development for power and process projects - Ensuring adherence to domestic and international codes, regulations, and industry design standards to meet client requirements - Overseeing and reviewing engineering documents such as process flow diagrams, P&IDs, IO lists, instrument lists, valve lists, BOQs, and preparing process calculation reports, GA drawings, equipment arrangement drawings, and KKS numbering - Conducting design pressure and temperature calculations for equipment, valves, and piping, and preparing/reviewing PFDs and P&IDs - Managing project conceptualization, process improvement, power plant cycles, and risk identification and mitigation - Preparing technical specifications, evaluating vendor offers, approving vendor drawings, and ensuring equipment selection meets design specs - Leading a team of designers and draftsmen to ensure timely release of drawings - Collaborating closely with parent company engineers for drawing reviews and updates - Addressing issues promptly and resolving fouling/overlap issues between pressure parts and piping by collaborating with project managers, client engineers, subcontractors, and fabricators Requirements for this role include: - Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Experience: 12-15 years in the boiler industry - Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) - Languages: Proficient in English and Hindi Additional details about the company: You can expect to work closely with other engineering disciplines on existing tasks and coordinate daily within the group's different office locations.
