Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• *Develop, establish, and optimize moulding process parameters to meet product quality standards.
• Conduct trials for new moulds, materials, and processes.
• Troubleshoot moulding issues, including short shots, flash, warpage, and surface defects.
• Maintain process documentation, including setup sheets and work instructions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance) to address process-related issues.
• Implement scientific moulding techniques to enhance cycle time and reduce scrap.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Train operators and setters on correct moulding practices.
• Monitor and analyse production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Plastics, Polymer, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in injection moulding process engineering.
• Knowledge of engineering plastics and processing parameters.
• Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
