Job Description:
Process Engineering Support Process understanding of existing system.
Development of Process design basis and Scope of work.
Batch cycle time and Heat Mass balance calculation Understanding of Utility Estimation and Equipment sizing.
Existing process walk through and get drawings updated if necessary.
Pump sizing & hydraulic calculations Assessment of Existing equipment with respect to process parameters.
Able to prepared/update PFD, P&ID. Ability to co-ordinate with project, safety, production, QC team and drive the project with respect to Process Requirement Safety study on existing processes Understanding of GMP, Sanitary, OSHA requirement. Chemical Engineering (Process)
