Process Development Chemist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the introduction of chemical processes and technologies for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with EHS standards and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in development projects from start to plant introduction, executing product-related developments and optimizations, and maintaining the lab and its equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the introduction of chemical processes and technologies for new and existing products in alignment with EHS standards and regulations - Assist in development projects from project start to plant introduction, including documentation, SOP, Risk Analysis, training, and troubleshooting - Execute product-related developments and optimizations focusing on Quality, Costs, and EHS - Ensure compliance with chemical process-related EHS legal and corporate guidelines - Maintain the lab and its equipment Qualifications Required: - M.Scs. in Chemistry with 5 to 8 years of industry experience, preferably in the production of intermediates Additional Company Details: This role will require fluency in English, both written and oral. Knowledge of systematic methods of risk identification and evaluation, such as HAZOP, will be beneficial.
