Job Description

As a Process Developer, Record to Report at Genpact, your role involves handling various activities related to general accounting. You will be responsible for: - Creating and booking journal entries - Reviewing and performing month-end close activities - Capitalizing and maintaining fixed assets - Managing intercompany accounting - Conducting bank, investment, and general ledger reconciliations - Reconciling fixed assets and identifying reconciling items for clearance - Performing Escheat reconciliations and corporate reporting - Handling internal and external audits and ensuring SOX compliance Qualifications we are looking for in you: Minimum qualifications: - B.Com Preferred qualifications: - Relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops - Solid understanding of Blackline - Good written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot, VLOOKUP, and Macros Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is dedicated to shaping the future through the relentless pursuit of creating a world that works better for people.
