Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct research and analysis to optimize existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Create detailed designs and specifications for new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in process design and development, with a focus on chemical engineering principles.
Strong understanding of process control and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
