Process Coordinator

As an experienced candidate with 13 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role, you should have a strong knowledge of tools like Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, or Notion. Additionally, hands-on experience with Asana or other task management platforms is required for this role. Your main responsibilities will include working with all departments (production, sales, HR, design, etc.) to understand and document their workflows, setting up and improving task tracking systems, and helping standardize processes by creating SOPs for better coordination.
