Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive female Process Coordinator who will act as the key communication link between all departments and the top management. She will be responsible for tracking, recording, and reporting every stage of the ongoing orders and ensuring smooth workflow across procurement, production, quality, and logistics.

This role demands strong follow-up, coordination, and monitoring skills to eliminate bottlenecks, maintain process accuracy, and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time with the highest level of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete tracking and documentation of all ongoing orders from initiation to final shipment.
• Coordinate between departments — production, procurement, quality, packing, and dispatch — to ensure seamless workflow.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with respective executives and update management on daily progress.
• Identify and report process bottlenecks or delays and take proactive steps to resolve them.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, communications, audits, and approvals.
• Serve as the spokesperson for departmental executives, communicating their issues, updates, and requirements to senior management.
• Ensure that all audits, inspections, and quality checks are carried out as per buyer requirements and compliance standards.
• Support top management by preparing timely MIS reports, order tracking dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with suppliers when required for raw materials or packaging components.
• Suggest process improvements for greater operational efficiency and transparency.

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of process flow in production/export setups.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation/reporting tools.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.

Experience Required:

• 0-1 years of experience in process coordination, production tracking, operations, or merchandising in a manufacturing/export firm (preferably home décor or glassware industry).
