Job Title: Process Coordinator
Location: Delhi
Job Description:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely execution of tasks across departments.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations and workflows across teams.
Monitor and track process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain documentation and reports for process tracking.
Liaise between teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Support management in implementing new processes and SOPs.
Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges and propose solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in operations, process management, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic process management tools.
