EdTech Education Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven EdTech Education Counselor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents about online learning programs, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable courses.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on educational programs and career opportunities through calls, meetings, and online platforms.

Understand student needs and recommend the right EdTech learning solutions.

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain proper records of student interactions.

Achieve monthly enrollment targets through effective counseling.

Build long-term relationships with students to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in counseling, EdTech, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of online learning platforms.
