Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of business processes and timely completion of tasks across teams. The role involves consistent follow-up with staff, driving accountability, and escalating delays directly to the Managing Director. This is a role for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in ensuring that systems and processes are followed. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with staff members to ensure tasks are completed within timelines. Drive the processes and systems created within the organization. Escalate delays, issues, or non-compliance directly to the MD. Maintain daily follow-up reports and update task status in Excel. Support the MD in monitoring execution and ensuring team accountability. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of coordination experience are welcome). Female candidates preferred. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel.
