Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

6+ years of experience

Coordinate and manage workflow and process flowcharts across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor the timely execution of each step in the workflow and take corrective action to avoid delays.

Collaborate with team members to share necessary information and maintain process transparency.

Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure on-time completion and reporting.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all workflows and processes.

Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the process to improve overall efficiency.

Perform back-office coordination and administrative support activities.

Support the sales team by acting as a Sales Coordinator—managing communication, client follow-ups, and documentation.

Assist executives in handling daily administrative tasks and ensuring seamless coordination among departments.

Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure process alignment and execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
