Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Process Coordinator – Sales to streamline and oversee key processes

within the Sales Department. This role is focused on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all sales-related activities —

from lead handling and quotation approvals to dispatch coordination and documentation flow. The ideal candidate will have strong

analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and will play a critical role in aligning internal teams to support smooth business

operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor the entire sales process flow — from lead receipt to order completion — ensuring timely and error-free

execution.

  • Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure alignment on order status, documentation, and

delivery timelines.

  • Verify and validate quotations, purchase orders, and approvals before final processing.
  • Track and maintain process compliance in line with company SOPs and reporting standards.
  • Support sales leadership with data-driven insights on process bottlenecks, turnaround time, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain systematic documentation and record management for sales orders, approvals, and dispatch updates.
  • Regularly update and monitor CRM (Zoho) for accurate status tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and implementing improved sales process workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in process coordination, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows, documentation, and cross-department coordination.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Process-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
