Job Description

Job Title: Process Coordinator

Location: Chandni Chowk, Kolkata
Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Process Coordinator to join our team at our Chandni Chowk (Kolkata) office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth workflow between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and process documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Identify and report process delays or issues to management.
Assist in improving workflow efficiency and standard operating procedures.
Support team members in administrative and coordination tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, data entry).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Bengali; basic English preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
