As a Process Coordinator at Vaighai Agro Products Limited, your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and coordinating between different departments to achieve operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely completion of tasks by coordinating with various teams such as Production, Quality, and Logistics. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying bottlenecks in the process and proposing effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various teams (Production, Quality, Logistics) to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Monitor and track the progress of operational processes to ensure timelines are met. - Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation. - Ensure compliance with established processes and workflows. - Identify bottlenecks in the process and propose potential solutions. - Assist in preparing reports and analyzing process performance metrics. - Communicate process-related updates and issues to relevant stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic knowledge of process management and workflow systems (preferred but not required). - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Freshers are welcome to apply; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
