Process Automation Engineer

As a Process Automation Engineer with 8-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing workflow automation solutions using tools such as Camunda, Azure App Logic, and similar platforms. Your primary focus will be on pure development with no automation or testing requirements. You will collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and utilize your technical expertise to transform these requirements into efficient automated processes. Your role will involve integrating workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party systems while adhering to Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in workflow automation using tools like Camunda, Azure App Logic, or similar platforms. Proficiency in scripting languages and development environments related to automation tools is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience in testing, debugging, and deployment of automated workflows is required to ensure high-quality delivery. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is advantageous. Your excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills will be crucial in delivering effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. Being updated with emerging tools and technologies in the process automation domain is expected from you. Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation or related fields are preferred.
