Role Overview
Selected candidates will join as Insurance Process Associate, starting with training on tools, industry knowledge, and processes. The role offers structured career progression and hands-on exposure to international insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business: Process new insurance applications and quotations.
• Renewals: Handle policy renewals and prepare schedules.
• Claims: Assist in claim lodgment, documentation, and follow-up.

• Endorsements: Manage policy updates and changes.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Client Support: Provide timely updates and client query handling.

Skills Required

• Strong fundamentals in communication, logical thinking & data handling.
• Knowledge of software tools such as Zoho CRM, MS Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
• Detail-oriented, quick learner, and adaptable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
