Core Responsibilities

• Process insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and changes accurately within specified timelines and using designated tools and systems.

• Maintain and update insurance records, ensuring all client and policy details are correct and compliant with company standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about work progress, process changes, and any difficulties encountered.

• Ensure adherence to internal processes, confidentiality, and regulatory/compliance requirements at all times.

• Deliver excellent customer service during all client and internal interactions

Required Skills

• Knowledge of insurance products (especially P&C) and MS Office tools.

• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and strong written/verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to work night shifts, teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

This position is critical for ensuring accuracy and reliability in the daily functions that support property and casualty insurance business operations.
