Process Associate - Logistics

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee identification and resolution of P2P defects such as PO transmission failures, ASN mismatches, and incorrect item statuses.
• Ensure same-day resolution for critical issues and address standard defects within 2448 hours to avoid operational disruptions.
• Conduct daily checks to detect and resolve transactional errors across procurement and warehouse operations.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Warehouse & Logistics teams, and Finance to ensure accurate item status updates, shipment confirmations, and financial adjustments
• Resolve supplier invoicing and payment issues promptly to maintain vendor relationships and financial accuracy.
• Perform 3-way match of Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Invoices in the ERP system
• Create manual ASNs for those suppliers which are not automated
• Produce necessary reports as required for management reporting & measurements.
• Contribute towards continuous improvement of systems & processes and putting controls in place for effective stock planning & management.
• Maintenance of product data needed for supply chain planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, supply chain management or related field
• Minimum 2-to-3-year experience in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• A strong understanding of order management processes, warehouse operation and P2P defects experience .
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.
