Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Accurately enter data and verify data related to customer and APF proposals with check list provided.
Oversee the process of customer and builder APF proposals.
Regular follow-up / clarification from Branch, sales team, DSA/connector.
Coordinate legal and valuation processes with relevant vendors.
Ensure all required legal and valuation documents are obtained and processed promptly.
Address and resolve queries from customers, builders, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
Provide daily /weekly and monthly MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking / financial services sector with at least 3+ years of experience in the field of Retail Assets focusing on Housing Loan & Secured loans (LAP).
Specialist in HL/LAP proposal verification end to end
