The objectives of this Genpact operations unit must tie into the overall aims of the bank. The group aims to provide a high standard of service for the bank and therefore its end clients in Australia. The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, can do attitude. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible and varied shifts through the year and must react positively, patiently and effectively to calls seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving.
Candidate should be open to working on weekends
Candidate should be ready to stretch beyond shift hours to complete the volumes (Same day TAT driven process)
Typing speed should be 30 WMP without errors
Candidate should not have any long leave planned for the next 6- 8 months
Basic Knowledge of banking, mutual fund, shares
Basic Communication Skills (Writing Emails)
Relevant work experience
Minimum Qualifications
B.com
Should be willing to work overtime and work on weekends
Work well in the current frame of things & have the ability to escalate when required
To be quick and detailed in interpreting the request of the customer
Good Communication skills required
To be able to work well on Commercial & Equipment Finance requests sent by the channel
Should have a customer focused approach & should be able to resolve issues.
Relationship management ability with internal customers
