Job Description

As an employee in this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from clients for Records Retrievals or facility. - Contacting the insurance carriers based on the appointments received from the clients. - Communicating with insurance companies to obtain status updates. - Being flexible to work in any voice-based process as needed. - Keeping track of your daily activities by maintaining individual logs. - Executing assigned tasks and meeting targets with speed and accuracy according to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Collaborating effectively within a team environment and supporting team members to achieve common objectives. - Ensuring timely communication and escalation of issues to seniors when necessary.
