Process Associates Retirement Services

Role & responsibilities

• Process

  Money-In & Money-Out transactions

  including contributions, withdrawals, loans, and rollovers
• Handle

  corrections, adjustments, and transactional reconciliations

• Support

  tax reporting activities

  (1099-R, 5498, 1042-S)
• Ensure compliance with

  IRS, DOL, and ERISA guidelines

• Resolve discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders
• Apply strong knowledge of:

• Taxability & penalties
• RMD rules
• Hardships & QDRO
• ERISA compliance
  
• Understand retirement plans such as:
  
• 401(k), 403(b), 457
• IRA, LOSAP
• Governmental & Top-Hat plans
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience

  in Retirement Services / Defined Contribution Operations
• Experience in

  BPO , record-keeping, brokerage, or plan administration

• Strong knowledge of

  U.S. retirement plans & tax forms

• Excellent

  analytical and communication skills

• Immediate joiners preferred
