Process and Technology Excellence Lead

Responsible for driving the adoption of new technologies, exploring and implementing AI-based solutions, and improving processes at both the operational and strategic levels. This role requires a deep understanding of international standards, the ability to identify and implement process improvements, and hands-on experience with technology integration at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Research & Implementation:

• Explore and research emerging technologies, including AI, that can improve efficiency in construction.
• Implement and oversee the deployment of new technologies and software solutions for construction projects.
• Evaluate new tools, applications, and systems that could drive technological transformation on-site or in project management processes.
• Ensure the integration of AI technologies for predictive analysis, automation, and site management.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process optimization across the construction lifecycle, from planning to execution.
• Propose and implement changes that streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall project efficiency.
• Work closely with teams to develop and improve best practices for project execution, utilizing new technologies.

On-Site Implementation:

• Lead the hands-on implementation of new technologies and processes directly at construction sites.
• Provide training to construction teams on the use of new technologies and ensure smooth integration into existing workflows.
• Ensure that new technologies are following local regulations and international standards.

AI Integration in Construction:

• Explore and pilot AI applications relevant to construction processes, including project management, safety monitoring, resource optimization, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with AI vendors and developers to adapt and integrate AI-driven solutions into company practices and project execution.

Adherence to International Standards:

• Stay up to date with international standards and best practices related to construction, technology integration.
• Ensure all technologies, processes, and software implementations comply with industry regulations and global best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of excellence in project management within the real estate sector, demonstrating a robust understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies specific to real estate, with a history of successful project delivery, including familiarity with AI Process Tools.
