Process Analyst- Supplier Governance

The Process Analyst - Supplier Governance position within the Global Business Operations (GBO) team involves verifying non-PO expenses" expense type in compliance with delegation of authority and adding more approvers as required. You will also review supporting documents for travel expense claims, address deviations, and communicate with employees regarding any discrepancies. Ensuring adherence to set KPIs and SLAs is crucial, along with proactive root cause analysis for recurring issues and timely escalation when necessary. Your role will involve highlighting issues to the appropriate contacts for urgent resolution. To excel in this role, you should possess a Finance Degree and have a solid understanding of accounting processes and Chart of Accounts requirements. With 2-3 years of financial experience in invoice processing in a multinational corporate environment, familiarity with process improvement and SAP is advantageous. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, awareness of internal controls, and being open to working night shifts are essential. Additionally, a background in accounting, experience in managing remote teams, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are valuable assets. Collaboration within the PTP team is vital, requiring consistent exceptional performance, meticulous execution, and high standards in all tasks. Understanding the necessary controls and governance in the STP area, seeking solutions, applying business acumen to your work, and translating ideas into action are key responsibilities. Proficiency in English, MS applications, and SAP is required, and flexibility in working arrangements is supported to accommodate individual preferences.
