Process Analyst, General Ledger

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing essential day-to-day and month-end General Ledger accounting activities to ensure accurate reporting in line with accounting standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database and manage the helpdesk - Provide assistance and support to internal and external clients/auditors - Review and analyze GL entries, including accruals and monthly closing activities - Collaborate with the Global Service Center (GSC) to review Balance Sheet accounts and ensure proper reconciliation on a monthly basis - Back-up and support team members as needed - Support new and existing team members through knowledge transfer and sharing of resources, knowledge, experience, and best practices - Reconcile accounts in a timely manner - Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies - Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas - Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws - Constantly update job knowledge - Perform any other duties as assigned Qualifications: REQUIRED - Commerce graduate or above DESIRED - Minimum of 2+ years of experience with an international company - Professional accountancy qualifications Company Overview: Since 2003, Oceaneering's India Center has been an integral part of the company's global operations, catering to various business needs such as oil and gas field infrastructure, subsea robotics, and automated material handling & logistics.
