Responsibilities As Process Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C), you are responsible for processing Accounts receivable, posting and balancing daily cash applications, preparing journal entries, filing records, and general account reconciliations. You should be flexible to work in shifts. Your primary responsibilities include: Analysis of receivable accounts, investigation of entries, and pulling audit prep work. Involve in netting instructions, Direct Debit run, rejection of Direct Debit, and Oracle updating. Investigate unapplied payments, rectify them, and ensure proper allocation. Provide information relating to customer payments, refunds, and other miscellaneous accounts receivables questions. Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the specified timelines. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Commerce graduate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Order to Cash. Expertise in enhancing cash application automation, increasing touchless cash settlement, and reducing complexity and instability in assigned accounts. Proven track record in meeting accuracy and timeliness goals, achieving individual and business metrics and collaborating with customers, sales, and finance for improvements. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in enhancing cash application automation, maximizing touchless cash settlement, and minimizing complexity and instability in assigned accounts. Preferred technical and professional experience Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user. Self-directed and ambitious achiever. Meeting targets effectively. Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management, showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork.
