Job Description

As a skilled professional with expertise in Problem Management within the CS Core domain, you will play a crucial role in reducing recurring incidents and minimizing business impact. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Problem Management process to mitigate incidents and improve operational efficiency. - Managing fault handling, localization, and resolution within SLA requirements. - Performing configuration activities for new services. - Ensuring incident recovery and maintenance activities are conducted within SLA. - Conducting network configuration audits for optimization. - Monitoring 2nd level operation engineers" performance, providing guidance, and ensuring process consistency. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in Problem Management and PS/CS Core roles. - Hands-on experience with telecom vendors" equipment such as Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, etc. - Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 Problem Management framework. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. - 3 to 7 years of experience in Telecommunications. - Domain experience in CS core/Packet core for at least 2-4 years. - Clear understanding of 3GPP standards and various protocols like SIP, Diameter, BICC, SIGTRAN, CAMEL, MAP, etc. - Detailed knowledge of voice and data core scenarios, signaling flows, and core network nodes. - Hands-on experience in O&M of Voice Core CS nodes like MSC, MGWs, STP, UDC, APG, etc. - Good understanding of Virtualization, Cloud NFVI, NFVO, Packet Core nodes, Cloud technology, and infrastructure. - Knowledge of Packet Core surrounding Nodes such as IMS, OCC, IPWorks DNS, Charging Nodes. - Understanding of 5GSA, 5G NSA technologies, roaming data, call flow, IMS call flows, IP background, MPBN Knowledge, Linux, and analytical & presentation skills. - Ability to plan, execute analysis, problem-solving framework, innovate, implement experimental ideas, and handle day-to-day issues effectively. You are expected to be self-driven, ambitious, efficient in customer service, possess good communication skills, and excel in customer handling capabilities.,
