Job Description

Join our team as a talented MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technology leadership skills within the Core and Cloud domains, playing a vital role in our Managed Services deliveries as per the Ericsson Operations Engine requirements. Your responsibilities will include applying your expertise in Core and Cloud domains as part of the Automated Operations team. This involves developing and maintaining automated solutions, troubleshooting automation component issues, improving recovery processes and service delivery methodologies, identifying potential system failures through trend analyses, participating in Impact Analysis for changes and business requirements, and promoting competence development within the technical and domain support teams. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge and skills in Ericsson Operations Engine Mode Of Operations, Ericsson Customer Experience Assurance (CEA) Competence, Automation, Subscriber data management Security, Lifecycle Management, Identity And Access Management, 5G Core Architecture, MS TOP, Troubleshooting, Network Performance, Database Management Systems, Procedure Writing, Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), and ITIL Framework.
