Perform timely closure of change related activities on change records submitted. Review procedure source documents for each individual change and ensure procedures are complete, accurate, and clear based on the change. Communicate clearly through written communication the actions needed from change owners to resolve points that do not meet the policy requirements. Work closely with Business owners, control user roles (operational risk consultant, Compliance owners) on procedure accuracy.
