Problem Analyst

You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting incident data to identify trends, potential problems, and root causes within our IT infrastructure. Your role will involve taking proactive actions to fix interruptions to service, producing statistics and reports to manage recurring incidents, and diagnosing new incidents to determine their relation to known errors or existing problem records. As part of your responsibilities, you will facilitate and coordinate technical meetings, lead post-mortem investigations into high impact faults, manage root cause analysis between technical teams, and take necessary actions to fix interruptions to service caused by errors or faults in the IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will be required to produce statistics and reports to demonstrate the performance of the Problem Management process. To excel in this role, you should have a total of 4-7 years of experience in IT, along with a related technical Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in IT. Strong communication skills are essential for this position to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
