Job Description

Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance the hospital's image.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations concerns.
Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials to inform the public and stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate public events, health fairs, and community initiatives to promote the hospital's services and outreach.
Monitor media coverage and public perceptions of the hospital, providing analysis and recommendations.
Assist in managing crisis communications effectively, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to highlight successes and advancements at the hospital.
Maintain and enhance the hospital's social media presence and engagement with the community.
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, health advocates, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports on public relations activities and metrics to hospital management.
Stay updated on healthcare trends and news to effectively communicate relevant information to the public.
