Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage

  CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)

  solutions.
• Onboard privileged accounts, applications, and service accounts into CyberArk.
  
• Manage CyberArk Vault, CPM (Central Policy Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), and PTA (Privileged Threat Analytics).
  
• Perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance of CyberArk infrastructure.
  
• Define and enforce privileged access policies and best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk-related issues in coordination with infrastructure and application teams.
  
• Monitor and analyze privileged access activities for potential threats or misuse.
  
• Support compliance and audit requirements by generating and reviewing access reports.
  
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate CyberArk with enterprise applications and systems.
  
• Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk platform incidents and service requests.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in

  Privileged Access Management

  with at least 3 years in

  CyberArk PAM

  .
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk components:

  Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA

  .
• Hands-on experience with account onboarding, password rotations, and policy creation.
  
• Experience in integrating CyberArk with Windows, Unix/Linux, Databases, Network Devices, and Cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  
• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR is a plus.
  
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Shell) for automation and customization.
  
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• CyberArk Certification (CDE/CDE-P/Defender/Sentry).
  
• Experience with other PAM or IAM tools.
  
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD integrations.
