Job Description

As an Enrollment Analyst at PCR, your role is vital in obtaining consent from account owners to share data with PCR. Working alongside a global team, you will be responsible for operating a proprietary technology platform, conducting follow-ups with clients and counterparties, and ensuring timely consent acquisition. Your primary objective is to be a collaborative team member who consistently delivers results and maintains proactive communication. To achieve this goal, you will be utilizing various tools and processes such as proprietary Digital Enrollment technology, a real-time monitoring portal, analytics for intervention identification, automated CRM tools for communication, and business intelligence tools for efficiency analysis. Your daily responsibilities will involve planning and strategizing, following up with counterparties, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and engaging with team members for continuous learning and improvement. Additionally, you will be overseeing a diverse operations group comprising 6 members in the US and India. Successful candidates for this role will exhibit comfort in high-volume environments, possess a self-starting drive for improvement, enjoy professional interactions, demonstrate adaptability to new processes, showcase teamwork skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications include 8-10 years of experience in the financial and wealth management sector, familiarity with fund administration or RIA, knowledge of banking systems, client-facing experience, and a background in diverse, fast-paced environments. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm in the office.
